Limbic Resonance Technique Sessions

One to one sessions of 90 minutes using Limbic Resonance Technique. These sessions combine cognitive and somatic work, clearing and correcting inner child core issues.

Overwhelm to Calm Workshop

Learn the LRT (Limbic Resonance Technique) hands on. Move from feeling stressed and anxious to calm and focused in three hours. This group work also includes breath work and body work which are vital to combine with LRT for full effectiveness. Simple yet incredibly powerful results fast

Freedom to Live workshop

Learn the ideal Formula for Life which is a three step process moving from current reality to future reality, with the learned structural pathway which joins these two. Obstacles, fears, doubts and self worth issues are acknowledged and dealt with. This workshop is four hours in length.

RISS

Day long workshop which utilises the five senses to train our bodies to come back to the here and now in times of pressure and duress. Beginning with a sound bath, then smell, taste, sight and touch; the participants each explore all five. By the end of this workshop everyone can integrate these vital skills in their lives.

Six week course

Six week course which incorporates all the facets of each of the above workshops with the combined support, homework and weekly contact with Maria, for ongoing learning and practice of the life skills which turn lives around. This course runs twice a year.

Weekend Courses

From Friday night to Sunday afternoon, this live-in weekend course combines all three individual workshops into one. The benefits of this intensive workshop are that all participants evolve in their personal development at a fast pace.
